BOOKING

How to book...

 

· Firstly please call/e-mail to check if the desired cottage and dates are available.

 

· Once we have confirmed that the dates and cottage are available we will send out a booking form along with our terms and conditions

 

· Bookings are confirmed when a deposit of £100 is received together with a completed booking form. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before holiday commences. If you book within 6 weeks of your holiday the full balance is required.

 

· Sellet Hall Cottages do not provide cancellation cover. If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason please contact us immediately so we can try to re-let the cottage. The deposit of £100 is none refundable.

 

 

Booking Terms & Conditions

 

· Property: Tenants must agree to take good care of the property and leave it clean and tidy for the next occupants.

 

· Arrival & Departures: Holidays commence at 3pm on the arrival day and terminate at 10:30am on the departure day.

 

· Bookings & Payment: Bookings are confirmed when a deposit of £80 is received together with a completed booking form. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before holiday commences. If you book within 6 weeks of your holiday the full balance is required. Please make cheques payable to Fairlevel Limited.

 

· Cancellation: Sellet Hall Cottages do not provide cancellation cover. If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason please contact us immediately so we can try to re-let the cottage. The deposit of £100 is none refundable.

 

· Occupancy: The person responsible for the booking must be over 18 years of age and have the authority of all persons using the property to sign on their behalf and will be accountable to make good any loss or damage to the property. The property is offered on the understanding that no more than the maximum number of people as indicated in the brochure shall use it, expect to prior agreement

 

· Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any of the cottages.

 

· Pets: Where dogs are allowed they must be kept off the furniture and must not be left unattended in the property. There is an extra charge of £20 per dog and a maximum of two dogs per cottage.

 

· Insurance: We advise that you take out holiday insurance against the possibility of cancellation. Sellet Hall Cottages will also not be responsible for any loss, damage, sickness or injury however caused which may be sustained during the holiday to the tenant or any member of the party, or invited person, any car and its contents or any possessions of the tenant.

 

· Access to cottages: We shall be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during the holiday to repair property if necessary.

 

· Complaints: If there should be cause for complaint this must be reported to us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. No such matters can be dealt with after the completion of your holiday.
